Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between the user ("you", "the player") and kcu9 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the kcu9 website at kcu9.bet and all associated services, products, games, and features made available through it. These Terms apply to all players regardless of geographic location, but are specifically written for players accessing kcu9 from Bangladesh. 1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a kcu9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. kcu9 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account restriction or closure.

• You must be a natural person. Registrations made by corporations, trusts, partnerships, or any other non-natural legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing kcu9 account. Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Duplicate registrations will be subject to account closure.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Any misrepresentation of identity, age, or contact details may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of kcu9 or any of its technology, software, or game provider partners.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

kcu9 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through locally approved payment channels. By depositing funds into your kcu9 account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the registered owner of the payment method being used. kcu9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in relation to any deposit or withdrawal.

kcu9 does not apply currency conversion fees or platform-side withdrawal surcharges. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) are outside kcu9's control and are the responsibility of the player. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a withdrawal.

3. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kcu9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. kcu9 will not be responsible for bonus funds lost due to player error in meeting wagering requirements.
• kcu9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account. Once credited, the specific terms of that promotion remain in effect for the duration stated.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in all related bonuses being voided.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game(s) specified in the promotion terms only. Any winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kcu9. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited in full, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account on kcu9, or attempting to create an account after a previous account has been closed for a Terms breach, is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of software to interact with kcu9 games, the kcu9 betting interface, or any other part of the platform in a manner not intended for human play is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in kcu9 games or platform software for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on kcu9 is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, chip dumping in poker, deliberate loss on matched bet arrangements, and coordinated arbitrage strategies.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illicit source into a kcu9 account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All content on the kcu9 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of kcu9 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kcu9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of kcu9 content without express written permission from kcu9 is prohibited.

kcu9 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kcu9 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied. kcu9 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, goodwill, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform — including losses arising from platform downtime, delayed payment processing, or game outcome disputes. kcu9's total aggregate liability to any single player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kcu9's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated by kcu9. By using kcu9, you consent to the jurisdiction specified and waive any objection to proceedings in that jurisdiction.

kcu9 may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time by publishing revised Terms on this page. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of kcu9 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
